Job Vacancy: Risk and Compliance Officer
Wildfin Financial Services, a leading microfinance institution in Zimbabwe, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Risk and Compliance Officer to oversee risk management and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization
- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor and review risk management processes
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct regular compliance training and awareness programs for employees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or a related field
- At least three years of experience as a risk and compliance officer
- Extensive experience in operations management of microfinance institutions (preferably)
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of best business practices of microfinance institutions
- Understanding of business loans
