    • Demonstrate an understanding of commitment to an integrated risk management system.
    • Nominate teams to undertake the role of Risk Management and Audit Committee.
    • Evaluate risks quarterly.
  • Employees must:
    • Actively support, report, and contribute to the risk management process.
    • Maintain awareness of risks and opportunities related to their work.
    • Promote a culture of risk management.

The policy highlights the importance of promoting a culture of risk management based on best practice, with necessary structures, processes, training, information systems, and communication mechanisms in place.   • Monitoring the development and implementation of risk management principles
  • Receiving quarterly strategic risk management reports from the Head of Secretariat
