The Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) in Singapore is the primary agency responsible for investigating white-collar crimes and maintaining the city-state’s reputation as a global financial hub. Organizational Structure

The department consists of the following groups and divisions:

Enforcement Group

The enforcement activities, including investigations, take place within this group. It consists of the following divisions:

  1. Investment Fraud Division
  2. Securities Fraud Division

Financial Investigation Group
