The Caribbean Development Bank has launched a Whistleblowing online portal, providing a secure means of submitting complaints, submissions, reports, and disclosures from whistleblowers and witnesses. This platform ensures that individuals can report wrongdoing anonymously and in confidence.

Independent Compliance Authority (ICA) Management

Under the Whistleblower Policy, the ICA will manage and operationalise the Whistleblower System, guaranteeing that all allegations are treated with security, confidentiality, and independent review.
