Supervisor Not Satisfied with Response? Speak Up!

Are you an employee who is not satisfied with your supervisor’s response to a concern or issue you’ve raised? Don’t hesitate to seek further guidance and support.

Seeking Further Guidance and Support

The Group Human Resources & Facilities Division (GHRFD) encourages all employees to speak up if they’re not satisfied with their supervisor’s response. You can reach out to someone in management whom you feel comfortable approaching, or contact GHRFD directly for assistance.

Direct Disclosure to Designated Officer

If you’re concerned about reporting your issue to your supervisor, you have the option to disclose it directly to the Designated Officer. This person is responsible for investigating and addressing any improper conduct or violations of company policies and procedures.

To make a disclosure, please submit a written report containing the required information as outlined in the Protected Disclosures Act. This includes:

  • Full name and address of the person making the disclosure
  • Nature of the improper conduct
  • Name of the person alleged to have committed the improper conduct

No Retaliation

NCB Financial Group Limited is committed to ensuring that no employee who makes a report in good faith will suffer harassment, retaliation, or adverse employment consequences. Any employee found to be retaliating against someone who has reported a violation will face disciplinary action under our Disciplinary Policy.

If you experience any form of retaliation after making a report, please notify the Designated Officer immediately. We take all allegations of retaliation seriously and will investigate them thoroughly.

Handling Reported Violations

The Designated Officer is responsible for investigating all reports of improper conduct or violations. The investigation will be conducted on a confidential basis, and you will receive updates on the status of your report at regular intervals.

Following an investigation, the Designated Officer will communicate the results to you and recommend any corrective action that may be necessary. If no steps are taken to investigate your report within 30 days, you have the right to make an external disclosure under the Protected Disclosures Act.

Record Keeping and Policy Review

GHRFD is responsible for maintaining records of all reports and investigations once they’ve been completed. The policy will be reviewed every three years, and any changes must be approved by our Board of Directors.
