The St. Kitts and Nevis Bureau of Standards (SKNBS) is taking a firm stance against retailers who fail to comply with financial regulations. A stern warning has been issued that non-compliance will result in severe penalties.

- Section 3.2 of SRO 35 2023: Labels used for goods displayed for sale must not contain deceptive information.
- Section 3.3: All labeling must be in English, the official language of St. Christopher and Nevis.
